The legendary Asgard has opened its gates specifically for Boker and granted Dirk Hofmeister of Midgard’s knives magical insights into the world of the gods, glorious warriors and loving craftsmanship. Back on earth, the knife designer from Lake Constance has nothing less than concentrated Viking power in XL format in his luggage. The popular URD gets a fully grown variant with an awesome Wharncliffe blade made of mythical D2 steel, as it can only come from the legendary Northmen. A satin finish, hollows on both sides and Nordic-style openings decorate the 5.6 mm thick blade and make the URD XL, which has a full tang construction, the perfect cutting tool for everyday use. The jimpings on the back of the blade merge into the milled handle scales* made of reddish-black G10 and ensure uncompromising stability as well as a secure grip. The fixed blade comes with a custom fit Kydex sheath and a handsome belt adapter – who needs a horned helmet and full beard?
